Cook Security Group expands footprint... Adds office and staff to help serve valued customers! In an effort to continue our high level of service, Cook kicks off 2011 by adding staff in all regions, expanding our coverage to all of Nevada and Montana as well as opening an office in Medford, OR. This brings Cook's coverage to 6 total states (OR, WA, ID, MT, NV and Northern CA). Although cautious about growth, it comes on the heels of expanding clientele and it's important for Cook to build the quality infrastructure to serve our valued customers. "We now have resident techs in Las Vegas, Missoula and Twin Falls joining our already strong presence in cities such as Bend, Boise, Medford, Redding, Tri Cities and Bellingham." states Cook Security Group President, Brian Cook. "Not to mention, we are always adding talent in all major metropolitan areas as well (Seattle, Spokane, Portland, San Francisco, Sacramento & Reno). At the end of the day, it's our employee's dedication to service and their "We Make it Happen" attitude that ultimately allows us to expand our business!"
We are also proud to announce the following promotions and additions:
Regional Sales Manager, Larry Sams - We are excited to announce the promotion of our WA General Manager, Larry Sams, to Regional Sales Manager, covering all of WA, ID and Montana. This was a natural fit with Larry's dedication to "taking care of customers" and "We Make it Happen" attitude!
WA General Manager, Chris Mitchell - With Larry's promotion, we were in need of a General Manager and found our guy! We are pleased to announce the hiring of Chris Mitchell who comes to us from a Fortune 500 company, Cintas, where he worked as Service Manager. Chris brings a dedication to service and organization!
Additional Account Managers- Cook Security has also added Steve Hamre, Trish Finklein, Dennis Duran and Joe LaBeau to our team of Account Managers. Steve is based out of our new office in Medford, Trish works out of our home office in OR, Dennis is based in Sacramento, CA and Joe is based out of Las Vegas. Having Steve, Trish, Dennis and Joe on board gives us the ability to provide a dedicated "Go To" person in each area across our 6 state footprint!
For questions or more information on any of the above, feel free to call us at (503) 786-5173 or send email to info@cooksecuritygroup.com.

Have Fujitsu ATMs? Parts are dwindling! We are finding that numerous Fujitsu ATMs are experiencing hard drive failure and corrupt 3.5 inch floppy discs due to age. Basically, if these go down/crash there is no replacement software. Most of our customers are planning to replace their Fujitsus but if you want to safeguard your machine in the interim, we are offering to "clone" backup software for $750. Please be aware that if you have not cloned backup software, your Fujitsu may crash and will most likely need to be replaced.
P.S.- Remember, CRTs are obsolete and no longer available.
Please call us at (503) 786-5173 with any questions.
