.jpg) the Year! Molly earned her pedigree in the accounting world having worked at nationally recognized Deloitte & Touche and is a graduate of Oregon State University. What separates Molly from other CFO’s is her hands on approach with customers. “I like to keep a temperature on how our customers interact with our invoicing and accounting team. We look at invoicing as a part of our overall service process. There is nothing worse than receiving an invoice you don’t understand, so we customize for our customers specific needs in an attempt to make their life easier.” Of course Molly also has to keep a keen eye on CSG’s financials, another area where her superior organizational skills and expertise have helped lead CSG to another record year, even within the current economic landscape. “It’s our valued customers across our six state footprint who keep me busy! When Brian went out on several site surveys recently he didn’t expect to be visiting his elementary school alma mater, Garden Home. Now a local recreation center, Brian was part of the last graduating sixth grade class at Garden Home. There is a picture of his class hanging in the hallway and Brian actually has hair! Brian adds, "I elected to donate the video system to Garden Home Recreation Center because I have many fond memories of when I attended and wanted to give back to my local community." In fact, it's already paid off, as Garden Home recently identified a thief!
