Our focus enables us to be a customer oriented security and ATM systems provider. We operate in a service industry and are committed to assisting our customers to improve their profitability and working environments. We accomplish this high level of service by employing top talent in the commercial security industry and retaining that talent by providing a supportive, fair and fun working environment.

History

Cook Security Group was founded in May of 2002 by Brian Cook. Brian has been in the industry for 22 years starting as a technician with Mosler, working up to branch manager and later general manager. Prior to Brian taking over as Branch Manager at Mosler, the Portland office was one of the lowest performing branches in the nation for profitability, inventory controls, productivity and customer satisfaction. Brian worked with all his employees and turned the branch around. He won the Pinnacle Club Award of Mosler in 2000 for being the top branch in Mosler for profits and customer satisfaction. Sadly, Mosler filed for chapter 11 in 2001. Out of work, but with dozens of customers needing commercial security service and installation, Brian decided to start Cook Security Group. Cook Security Group continues to acquire new customers through our competitive difference and pride in exceeding expectations of the customer. Cook Security Group celebrated its seven year anniversary this past May, toasting our two most valuable assets: Our customers and our employees!

 

We currently serve Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Northern California, Northern Nevada, and Western Montana.
