ATM Service & Installation Overview
Cook Security Group offers the same quality service for virtually all ATMs including NCR, Wincor, Fujitsu, Diebold, Triton and Tidel. Like electronic and physical security, Cook Security Group found the same need for quality service and installation in the ATM industry, so we went out and hired the best ATM service veterans in the business.
ATM 1st Line Service
Our basic 1st line service covers jams and other minor ATM malfunctions that usually require minimal troubleshooting. This would also include the replenishment of consumables if you opt for our "supplies management" option.
ATM 2nd Line/Hardware Service
Our ATM 2nd Line service covers major ATM malfunctions including troubleshooting and replacing of all ATM subassemblies. This level of service is commonly referred to as Hardware Service. It goes beyond the 1st Line Technician and frequently involves in-depth troubleshooting.
RemoteView
RemoteView is the pinnacle of ATM services. A certified Cook Security Group technician will actively monitor all aspects of your ATM hardware and software. This software is compatible with any Windows-based ATM no matter make or model (NCR, Diebold, Fujitsu, and Wincor). Do you need the latest Service Pack installed? Marketing Services
With Cook Security Group RemoteView, we have the ability to remotely push marketing screens to Windows based ATMs. This includes welcome screen, wait screen and thank you screens. ATM Custom Construction
Cook Security Group offers a unique service in the commercial security industry, with the ability to actually custom install our customers' ATMs. This includes build outs, remodels and new branch installations. We work with our customer's design team or we can provide a project manager, depending on your needs. We also offer ATM storage at both of our warehouse locations.
Kaba Mas Cencon Lock Management
Do you have a Kaba Mas Cencon 2000? We offer full dispatching of the Kaba Mas Cencon lock system, including both first line and Bank Mode service! In first line mode these locks offer very high security, along with a combination that changes after every use. In bank mode, you have the option of having a set combination assigned to a specific key. We also have full auditing capabilities so we're able to see which keys used the lock and when the lock was open or closed, among other items!
