Job Title: Account Manager
General Purpose: Responsible for driving sales revenue from a regional territory; is the primary customer-facing person with support of Inside Sales and Customer Service; communicates micro-market conditions back to management team.
Essential Functions: Achievement of Revenue Goal:
- Fulfills Budgeted Sales Revenue goal by following Account Manager service and product goals (attached).
- Be proactive with existing accounts and introduce additional reocurring revenue service opportunies following account manager service and product goals.
- Responsible for scheduling quarterly meetings with each assigned existing accounts and tracking in CRM.
- Prospect and target new business by cold calling, schedule meetings, demos, and presentations as necessary to bring on new business.
- Responsible for updating CRM with latest correspondence for both customers and target prospects
- Responsible for achieving Top Line Sales goal & Gross Margin goal
- Responsible for working closely with Operations department in “handing off” both service agreements and installations.
- Responsible for being primary interface with customer and following company Sales and Operations Guidelines and Procedures.
- Responsible for being educated on service and procuct lines and to reach out to CSG resources & experts when applicable.
- Responsible for turning all quotes (service and installs) around with in 48 hours with exception of large projects approved by GM, CEO, or CMO.
- Utilize company sales materials in SharePoint (i.e. PowerPoints, product sheets, services sheets, etc.)

Be a team player with Sales & Operations team
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- 4 year bachelors degree preferred
- 2 years of Complex solution sales Or Technical sales and/or installation experience
- Must have sales experience or demonstrate ability to communicate features/benefits of technology in a complex environment utilizing exceptional communication skills.
- Must have or achieve/maintain detailed product knowledge
- Must be customer-service oriented.
- Knowledge of finance-oriented sales a plus
- Problem solving skills and comfort with dynamic environment essential for growth.
- Proficiency with MS Office and computer literacy a must (including PowerPoint, MS Word, & MS excel)
- Travel and ability to drive an automobile may be required
