Why we invented the "All Inclusive" Service Agreement!
The concept back in 2002 was to create an agreement that covered everything.  No hidden charges, no nickel & diming, no gouging, no technical talk.  Customers repeatedly told us they disliked these tactics so we launched the All-Inclusive Service Agreement in 2002 to include:
  • All parts included
  • All labor included
  • All travel included
  • Annual PM included
  • Custom invoicing to fit the customer
  • No penalty clause, 30 day out clause
  • No hidden charges
  • Makes budgeting much more accurate
If parts and labor are not included, you’ve lost control of your contract. For example, most customers don't know what a VJ60 or LNL1320 is. Nor should they really have to know. Most customers simply want it fixed if it fails and not have to pay for it. The same goes for travel time.  Most customers don't want to research every invoice to see if the tech traveled 25 miles or 45 miles, they just want to know the tech got there in a timely manner, fixed the issue and they are not charged as it’s covered under agreement. Kerry the Firefighter! We had an amazing incident that occurred with one of our key service technicians in CA. While Kerry was driving down HWY 20 in Sacramento, he came across a wildfire. You would think he would just go about his normal business... Not Kerry! He grabbed a fire extinguisher out of his van and put the fire out himself! Congratulations Kerry... We will no longer have to offer fire alarm installation to protect everybody from fire. We have you!
