JOB TITLE: ATM 2nd Line Service Technician
GENERAL PURPOSE
Position is responsible for troubleshooting, reporting, scheduling, and performing all necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on all types of ATM machines including Wincor, NCR, Diebold, Fujitsu, etc… This position will deal primarily with ATM equipment but can include alarm systems, CCTV, bank equipment, vaults, etc. Additional responsibilities may include new product installation and branch personnel training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Troubleshoot, report, and perform all necessary service with minimal direction
- Contacting customer with the estimated time of travel
- Escalating problems when appropriate
- Reassigning calls when appropriate
- Accurately report service data
- Participate as a member of technician team
- Complete Preventative Maintenance Inspections
- Implement all field change orders
- Organize and update technical documentation
- Maintain effective communication with Business Management Team and Service Technician Team members.
- Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices and procedures.
- Provide customer contact for all post-installation problems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications will vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must Pass appropriate Background Checks (Credit, Background)
- Demonstrated ability to represent the company in a dependable and professional manner.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Shift adaptability and good customer relations skills are necessary
SKILLS/ABILITIES
- At least 3 years of technical service experience
- Must be a team-oriented person possessing strong electromechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand most of the day, climb, bend and stoop while working on equipment
- Acceptance of exposure to outside elements
- Ability to finish projects
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
- Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Strong customer relations skills
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and maintain a positive attitude
- Knowledge and ability to work on a variety of ATM makes and models including Wincor, NCR, Diebold, Fujitsu, Triton, etc…
- Ability to work on Teller Cash Dispensers.
